About this program
Tacoma’s Historic Rehabilitation and Repair Loan Program supports rehabilitation, repair, and adaptive reuse of buildings listed on the Tacoma Register of Historic Places. The program helps owners preserve historic properties while enabling productive commercial, mixed-use, or community reuse.
Eligibility
Owners of eligible Tacoma Register historic buildings undertaking qualified rehabilitation, repair, or adaptive reuse projects.
Requirements
