About this program
Cleveland’s economic development team supports businesses with incentives and financing tools for projects that create jobs, invest in property, reactivate commercial space, or advance neighborhood economic development.
Eligibility
Businesses, developers, and project sponsors with qualifying Cleveland expansion, relocation, retention, or redevelopment projects.
Requirements
- Engage City of Cleveland economic development staff before project commitments
- Provide project scope, jobs, payroll, capital investment, site, and financing information
- Enter incentive agreement and comply with performance, reporting, and clawback requirements
