About this program
The Community Energy Plan Implementation Grant supports municipalities implementing eligible clean energy, energy efficiency, transportation, and sustainability actions identified in community energy plans. Deadline notes: Deadlines are announced by NJBPU for each grant round. Notes: Municipal grants can generate contracting opportunities for solar, EV, efficiency, and sustainability service providers.
Eligibility
Eligible New Jersey municipalities with approved community energy plans or qualifying implementation projects.
Requirements
- Submit application with eligible implementation action, budget, vendor or project scope, community benefit, timeline, municipal approvals, and required forms.
