Level Up LB provides selected Long Beach small businesses with hands-on technical assistance and grant-funded improvements such as branding, digital marketing, financial systems, operations support, and customer-facing upgrades designed to help firms grow.

Small businesses operating in Long Beach that meet program size, location, readiness, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Apply during an open Level Up LB application round
- Participate in business assessment and technical assistance activities
- Provide business license, tax, ownership, and project documentation as requested
