USDA REAP provides grants and loan guarantees to agricultural producers and rural small businesses for renewable energy systems and energy efficiency improvements. While Fort Worth is urban, eligible rural businesses and producers in nearby North Texas communities may qualify.

Agricultural producers and rural small businesses in eligible USDA rural areas near Fort Worth with renewable energy or energy efficiency projects.
Requirements
- Confirm USDA rural eligibility for the project location
- Complete energy audit or assessment for efficiency projects when required
- Submit application, technical report, financials, environmental materials, and matching funds documentation
