About this program
The Downtown Small Business Attraction Utility Rate Program provides a 25 percent reduction in eligible energy and water bills for three years for qualifying new non-residential businesses locating in Downtown Mesa and served by City of Mesa utilities.
Eligibility
New non-residential City electric and water customers in eligible Downtown Mesa locations that meet program criteria and small business attraction requirements.
Requirements
- Locate in the eligible Downtown Mesa area and start qualifying city utility service
- Meet business, customer, and use requirements in the utility rate schedule
- Maintain compliance with city utility account and rate program requirements
