Businesses, developers, employers, and property owners pursuing eligible investment, expansion, redevelopment, or job-creating projects in Johnson City.
Requirements
- Contact Johnson City economic development or development services staff before project commitments
- Provide project location, investment, jobs, infrastructure needs, timeline, and public benefit information
- Meet local approval, agreement, permitting, and reporting requirements
