One-time grant to attract businesses relocating or expanding into Rockville commercial space.
About this program
The Rockville MOVE Program is a one-time grant designed to help attract businesses to the City of Rockville that occupy office, industrial, flex, or retail space. It can be combined with Montgomery County’s MOVE Program to increase the financial impact for businesses establishing or expanding in Rockville.
Eligibility
New companies relocating or expanding from outside Rockville corporate limits, or startups moving into their first commercial space in Rockville.
Requirements
- Business must be relocating or expanding into eligible Rockville commercial space
- Submit lease, square footage, business, and relocation documentation
- Receive REDI incentive review and approval
