Small businesses and development projects in the Lewis and Clark region, including Bismarck-area businesses, that meet specific loan product criteria.
Requirements
- Submit loan application, business plan, financial statements, owner information, and use-of-funds plan
- Meet SBA, USDA, revolving loan, or regional loan eligibility requirements
- Demonstrate repayment ability, collateral, equity, and community or job impact where required
