About this program
Idaho Commerce's Community Development Block Grant program assists cities and counties with public infrastructure and community reinvestment, including economic development projects that benefit low- and moderate-income people.
Eligibility
Eligible Idaho cities and counties applying for qualifying CDBG infrastructure or economic development projects, including projects benefiting Coeur d'Alene where applicable.
Requirements
- Apply through an eligible local government sponsor
- Document CDBG national objective, public infrastructure need, beneficiaries, budget, and project readiness
- Comply with HUD and Idaho Commerce environmental, procurement, labor, and reporting rules
