Louisiana Enterprise Zone Program — Restaurants
Provides Louisiana income and franchise tax credits of $1,000 or $3,500 per net new job and a sales tax rebate for restaurant businesses creating new full-time jobs in designated enterprise zones.

Eligibility
New or existing Louisiana restaurant businesses located in or near an Enterprise Zone that create permanent net new full-time jobs and hire at least 50% from targeted groups.
Requirements
- Must create a minimum of 5 net new full-time jobs within 24 months
- At least 50% of new hires must come from targeted groups
- Must be located in Louisiana
