Eligibility
Eligible applicants are North Carolina local governments applying for CDBG economic development funds to support a new or expanding company, including manufacturing and industrial businesses, that will create eligible jobs.
Requirements
- Apply through an eligible local government.
- Use funds for eligible building reuse activities serving a new or expanding business or industry.
- Create jobs and meet CDBG economic development and low- to moderate-income benefit rules.
