About this program
Brewers Community Foundation, Inc. extends financial support to nonprofits that provide quality programming in the areas of health, education, recreation, and basic needs, with a particular focus on low-income and disadvantaged youth and their families. The Foundation supports organizations operating throughout Wisconsin and is the official charitable arm of the Milwaukee Brewers.

Requirements
- Be a Wisconsin-based or Wisconsin-serving 501(c)(3)
- Provide programs in health, education, recreation, or basic needs
- Submit grant request via online portal during open cycle
