About this program
The San Francisco Downtown Development Corporation's Downtown Business Fund is a $25 million initiative supporting businesses that open or expand in core downtown corridors with grants, loans, design assistance, leasing help, and legal support.
Eligibility
Businesses opening or expanding in priority downtown San Francisco corridors, including Powell Street and the Moscone area.
Requirements
- Project must fit downtown activation geography and fund priorities
- Submit interest form and complete fund due diligence
