Healthcare Expansion Loan Program II (HELP II) – Nonprofit Health Facilities
HELP II provides 3% fixed-rate loans of $25,000 to $1.5 million to California nonprofit small and rural health facilities for construction, renovation, or equipment.

Eligibility
California nonprofit health facilities licensed by DHCS, CDPH, or CDSS with annual revenues not exceeding $30 million. Must contribute minimum 5% of project costs.
Requirements

- Must be licensed by DHCS, CDPH, or CDSS
- Annual revenues must not exceed $30 million (except rural/district hospitals)
