Eligibility
Eligible applicants are Ohio entrepreneurs and small businesses that meet ECDI underwriting requirements, with services focused on borrowers who may not qualify for traditional financing, including women-owned businesses.
Requirements
- Operate or plan to operate a business in Ohio.
- Submit a loan inquiry or application through ECDI.
- Provide business plan, financial, credit, ownership, and use-of-funds information.
