Federally funded community service and work-based training program for low-income Kansans age 55+ who are unemployed, operated by SER Jobs for Progress National with offices in Topeka and Dodge City; paid part-time training can be directed toward self-employment as a vocational goal.

Eligibility
Kansans age 55 or older who are unemployed, have low income (not more than 125% of the federal poverty guidelines), and have poor employment prospects; self-employment can be a training goal through the Individualized Employment Plan.
