About this program
The DC BizCAP Loan Participation Program helps participating lenders extend credit to small businesses by using public funds to participate in eligible loans that support sustainable economic development in DC.
Eligibility
Eligible DC small businesses and entrepreneurs applying for loans through participating financial institutions.
Requirements
- Work with a lender participating in DC BizCAP
- Meet small business, location, and use-of-funds requirements
- Complete lender and program underwriting documentation
