About this program
The Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority provides low-interest loans and lines of credit for eligible businesses that commit to creating or retaining full-time jobs, financing acquisition, construction, renovation, machinery, equipment, working capital, and related project costs.
Eligibility
Eligible Pennsylvania businesses in approved sectors, including manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, research and development, hospitality, recycling, construction, child day-care, retail, service, export, and computer-related enterprises, applying through a certified economic development organization.
Requirements
- Work with a certified economic development organization
- Provide project budget and matching financing details
- Commit to required job creation or retention where applicable
