About this program
DeKalb County administers Emergency Solutions Grant funds to support eligible homelessness prevention, street outreach, emergency shelter, rapid rehousing, and related services for residents at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit homeless service providers and public agencies serving DeKalb County residents, including Decatur-area households.
Requirements
- Apply through the county's ESG funding or planning process
- Document eligible activity, service population, budget, and performance measures
- Comply with HUD ESG, coordinated entry, HMIS, and reporting requirements
