Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18, enrolled citizens of a Native American tribe, and operate on or around a reservation in Arizona, New Mexico, Southern Utah, or Southwestern Colorado.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old and an enrolled citizen of a Native American tribe
- Operate on or around an eligible reservation area
- Submit Change Labs loan application materials and demonstrate repayment capacity
