Eligibility
Owners or tenants of existing buildings located within the Downtown Colorado Springs Development Authority boundaries with eligible exterior improvement projects.
Requirements

- Submit application, project scope, design materials, cost estimates, photos, and owner authorization
- Complete approved work and provide invoices and documentation for reimbursement
