About this program
Tempe Water Conservation provides commercial rebate support for eligible landscape conversion projects that remove grass and install water-efficient desert landscaping, helping businesses and property owners reduce water use.
Eligibility
City of Tempe commercial water customers and eligible property owners completing qualifying turf removal and landscape conversion projects.
Requirements
- Contact Tempe Water Conservation before starting project
- Receive required pre-approval or site review
- Complete eligible landscape conversion and submit invoices, photos, and rebate documentation
