OMWBE Linked Deposit Program – Minority-Owned Businesses
Interest rate reduction of up to 2% on existing business loans for OMWBE-certified minority- and women-owned businesses. State deposits funds with participating lenders who pass the full rate discount to borrowers.

Eligibility
Business must be certified by OMWBE as a minority- or women-owned enterprise. Loan must be made by a participating lender.
Requirements
- Active OMWBE certification (MBE, MWBE, CBE, or SEDBE)
- Loan originated through a participating lender
- Maximum $1 million per loan
