Eligibility
Social Equity Applicants verified by OCM, including individuals with cannabis convictions or adjudications, residents of disproportionately impacted areas, or family members of those with cannabis-related records.
Requirements
- Apply for and receive Social Equity Applicant verification from OCM
- Meet one of: cannabis conviction/adjudication, juvenile delinquency adjudication for cannabis, or residence in a disproportionately impacted area
- 65% ownership must remain with social equity principals
