About this program
The Building Resilient Communities program, formerly Business Ready Community, funds public infrastructure and planning projects that address barriers to growth and support economic development.
Eligibility
Wyoming cities, towns, counties, joint powers boards, and the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho tribes may apply for eligible infrastructure or planning projects.
Requirements
- Identify a barrier to economic growth
- Submit complete application and public notices
- Present project to Wyoming Business Council Board and State Loan and Investment Board
