About this program
The ADI/BID Facade Restoration and Improvement Grant Program supports exterior improvements to downtown Appleton storefronts and buildings. Eligible projects can include facade restoration, painting, professional signage, architectural improvements, and other exterior enhancements that improve storefront appeal and strengthen the downtown business district.
Eligibility
Downtown Appleton merchants and building owners within the Business Improvement District may apply for eligible facade, storefront, or professional signage improvement projects.
Requirements
- Business or building must be located in Downtown Appleton and within the Business Improvement District.
- Project must improve an existing building facade, storefront, or professional signage.
- Applicant must submit the ADI/BID grant application before beginning work.
