About this program
The Oklahoma Specialty Crop Block Grant Program funds projects that enhance the competitiveness of Oklahoma specialty crops such as fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, culinary herbs and spices, nursery, floriculture, and horticulture crops.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofits, local, state, and federal government entities, for-profit organizations, colleges, and universities with projects benefiting the broader specialty crop industry rather than a single business only.
Requirements
- Apply through the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry during open cycles
- Submit project narrative, budget, outcomes, specialty crop benefit, and organization information
- Meet USDA SCBGP, reporting, procurement, and eligible cost requirements
