Eligibility
Businesses leasing or owning production space within the Garment District Strategic Investment Area (34th-42nd St, 5th-9th Ave, excluding Bryant Park). Must be a registered, revenue-generating business for at least two years with under $10M annual net revenue. Eligible types include fashion contract manufacturers, fabric/materials producers, and brands with small-batch in-house production.
