WDVA Veterans Linked Deposit Program
Interest rate reduction of 2% on business loans for WDVA-certified veteran- and servicemember-owned businesses. State Treasurer deposits up to $15 million in certificates of deposit with participating lenders who pass the full rate discount to borrowers.

Eligibility
Business must be certified by WDVA as a Veteran or Servicemember Owned Business. Loan must be made by a participating financial institution.
Requirements
- Active WDVA Veteran or Servicemember Owned Business certification
- Loan originated through a participating financial institution
- Veteran or servicemember must hold a qualifying discharge status
