North Dakota Renaissance Zones encourage community revitalization by offering state and local tax incentives for qualifying purchase, lease, improvement, and investment projects in approved zones.
Eligibility
Business owners, property owners, developers, investors, and residents with qualifying projects in approved Renaissance Zones may qualify.
Requirements
- Project must be located in approved Renaissance Zone
- Obtain local and state project approval
- Meet income or property tax exemption requirements
