Eligibility
Healthcare providers, community-based organizations, non-profit organizations, local government and public health entities in South Carolina committed to improving rural health care delivery. Applications accepted through June 1, 2026.
Requirements
- Must be a healthcare provider, community-based organization, nonprofit, or local government
- Must serve rural or medically underserved areas in South Carolina
- Must focus on primary care, maternal care, pediatrics, or behavioral health
