About this program
The Grow Henderson Fund is a redevelopment incentive designed to help create jobs and support businesses in Henderson redevelopment areas. Funding can help eligible businesses cover real estate acquisition, leasehold improvements, machinery, equipment, working capital, and other expenses tied to growth and district revitalization.
Eligibility
Eligible small businesses and business owners located in or investing in Henderson redevelopment areas and meeting program job creation or investment goals.
Requirements
- Business must meet redevelopment program location and eligibility rules
- Submit business plan, project budget, financing need, job creation information, and eligible use documentation
- Complete underwriting, city review, agreement execution, and reporting requirements
