Artists, nonprofit arts organizations, nonprofit organizations, public and private schools, school boards, colleges and universities, and local government agencies based in Louisiana.
Requirements
- Must be Louisiana-based artist, nonprofit, school, or local government

- Apply through the appropriate Regional Arts Council
