Eligibility
Professional service businesses majority owned (51%+), operated, and managed by a woman, minority, service-connected disabled veteran, or individual with a disability; gross income under $4 million averaged over three fiscal years; Iowa-based.
Requirements
- Obtain TSB certification from Iowa Economic Development Authority
- Business gross income must be under $4 million (3-year average)
- Business must be majority owned by qualifying identity group
