Eligibility
Public port or intermodal authorities with facilities located along the Arkansas, Mississippi, Ouachita, Red, and White Rivers. Applications accepted beginning July 1, 2025.
Requirements
- Must be an Arkansas public port or intermodal authority
- Facilities must be on the Arkansas, Mississippi, Ouachita, Red, or White Rivers
- Project must be for land-side infrastructure, dredging, or port improvements
