Business Oregon’s Royalty Fund provides revenue-based financing to traded-sector companies that need flexible capital and have growth potential, allowing repayment through a percentage of company revenues.

Eligible Oregon traded-sector businesses with scalable growth potential and revenue-based repayment capacity.
Requirements
- Submit financing request, business plan, financials, revenue projections, and use-of-funds plan
- Demonstrate traded-sector eligibility, repayment capacity, and Oregon economic benefit
- Meet Business Oregon underwriting, reporting, and royalty agreement requirements
