Eligibility
Vermont employers with full-time permanent employees working in Vermont. Compensation at completion of training must meet Vermont livable wage ($19.53/hr urban, $17.68/hr rural in 2024).
Requirements
- Business must be a Vermont employer
- Trainees must be full-time permanent Vermont employees
- Wages at training completion must meet Vermont livable wage
