Early childhood education providers and childcare operators in Virginia. Priority given to projects demonstrating sustainability and alignment with local employer needs.
Requirements
- Must be a Virginia-based early childhood education or childcare provider
- Must demonstrate sustainability of the proposed early learning space
- Must engage with local employers where applicable
