Eligibility

Holders of a conditional Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) Social Equity Cannabis License awarded through MCA's 2024 lottery; must have a lottery number assigned by MCA and a copy of the Conditional License Letter; owners must meet the personal net worth qualification; funding available to new licensees not funded in prior CBAF rounds.
