Seattle Restored is a City of Seattle program delivered with Seattle Good Business Network that matches small business owners and artists with vacant commercial storefronts for pop-up shops, art installations, and artist residencies. The program helps entrepreneurs and creatives test concepts, sell products, activate commercial corridors, and reduce vacant storefront impacts in Seattle neighborhoods.
Eligibility
Seattle small business owners, entrepreneurs, artists, makers, and creatives seeking temporary storefront activation opportunities.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a small business owner, artist, maker, or creative participating in an eligible activation.
- Activation must occur in an approved Seattle vacant commercial storefront.
- Applicant must apply through Seattle Restored or its program partner.
