CEI Women's Business Center South – Portland (SBA-Funded, Southern Maine)
CEI's second SBA-funded Women's Business Center, launched 2021 in Portland; focuses on equitable participation and empowerment of women entrepreneurs facing financial barriers, language, or cultural challenges; operates the BIPOC Women's Business Navigator cohort program; located at 2 Portland Fish Pier, Suite 206; confirmed active with February 2025 cohort coverage.

Eligibility
Women entrepreneurs in southern Maine including those facing limited financial resources, language barriers, or cultural barriers; particular focus on Black, Brown, Indigenous, and immigrant women entrepreneurs.
