About this program

Maryland Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy financing helps commercial property owners finance eligible energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, and resiliency improvements through a property tax assessment. Frederick County commercial properties may use C-PACE for qualifying improvements.

Eligibility

Commercial, industrial, multifamily, and nonprofit property owners with eligible clean energy or resiliency improvements in participating Maryland jurisdictions including Frederick County.
