Low-interest loans up to $50,000 for certified Targeted Small Businesses in restaurants and food service, owned by women, minorities, service-connected disabled veterans, or individuals with disabilities. Usable for equipment, inventory, and operating costs.

Eligibility
Restaurant and food service businesses majority owned (51%+) and managed by a woman, minority, service-connected disabled veteran, or individual with a disability; gross income under $4 million; Iowa-based.
Requirements
- Must obtain TSB certification from IEDA
- Business gross income must be under $4 million (3-year average)
- Business must be majority owned by qualifying identity group
