Grants up to $3 million for transportation asset development, rehabilitation, and enhancement to improve safety and support economic development across Pennsylvania. Applications accepted annually March 1-July 31.

Eligibility
Municipalities, councils of governments, businesses, economic development organizations, public transportation agencies, and ports and rail freight entities. Minimum project cost $100,000.

- Eligible applicants include municipalities, COGs, businesses, EDOs, transit agencies, and ports
- Project total cost must be $100,000 or more
- Grant maximum: $3,000,000 per project
