About this program
DNREC administers the Green Energy Program to offset installed costs of renewable energy technologies. Grants are available through utility-supported programs, including Delmarva Power-funded rebates for eligible customers.
Eligibility
Eligible Delaware utility customers installing approved renewable energy technologies with approved contractors may qualify, subject to utility and program rules.
Requirements
- Complete required audit when applicable
- Select an approved renewable energy contractor
- Submit through the Green Grant Delaware online application system
