About this program

The City of Fayetteville Housing Rehabilitation and Repair Program provides housing-related services to qualified low- and moderate-income individuals and families to preserve and improve owner-occupied homes. Eligible work can include repairs and rehabilitation related to electrical, flooring, HVAC, lead paint abatement, plumbing, roof and gutters, siding, windows, and other health, safety, accessibility, and energy-efficiency needs.

Eligibility

Low- and moderate-income homeowners who live within Fayetteville city limits, own and have occupied the home for at least one year, and are not delinquent on property taxes may apply when applications are being accepted.

Requirements

  • Applicant must live within Fayetteville city limits.
  • Applicant must own and have occupied the residence for at least one year before application.
  • Applicant must not be delinquent on property taxes.
