Eligibility
Massachusetts employers of any size that contribute to the Massachusetts Unemployment Insurance (UI) system. Applicable to consulting firms, agencies, accounting firms, and other professional service businesses.
Requirements
- Must be a Massachusetts employer contributing to the Workforce Training Fund through UI surcharge
- Must develop a customized training plan with a qualified vendor
- Training must benefit Massachusetts-based employees
