About this program
The City of Nashua is a HUD entitlement community and receives annual Community Development Block Grant funds to develop viable communities. CDBG resources support decent affordable housing, improved neighborhood living environments, public services, public facilities, and expanded economic opportunities principally for low- and moderate-income residents.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofits, public agencies, housing partners, city departments, and community development projects serving low- and moderate-income Nashua residents or eligible areas.
Requirements
- Meet HUD CDBG eligible activity and national objective requirements
- Submit project scope, budget, beneficiary data, and compliance documents through the Urban Programs Department process
- Comply with federal reporting, environmental review, procurement, labor standards, and civil rights requirements
