About this program
The Binghamton Local Development Corporation Microenterprise Loan Program provides smaller-scale business loans to support microenterprises and entrepreneurs in the City of Binghamton. Financing can be used for eligible startup, working capital, equipment, inventory, leasehold improvement, or business growth costs. Applicants must complete BLDC underwriting and provide documentation showing business feasibility and repayment capacity.

Requirements
